1. How to cut aluminum profiles

Aluminum profile cutting generally requires a professional aluminum cutting machine, otherwise it will cause troubles such as rough cross sections and inaccurate dimensions. First apply lubricating oil on the cutter or aluminum profile, and then cut directly with the machine. If you need to cut a special angle, you can use a CNC machine to cut it.

2. Aluminum alloy profile welding method

Gas welding: Hold the welding torch in your right hand, place your thumb on the acetylene switch and your index finger on the oxygen switch to adjust the gas flow at any time. Hold the welding torch handle with the other three fingers and hold the welding wire in your right hand. The basic operations of gas welding include: ignition, flame adjustment, welding and flameout.

Early arc welding: first align the welding rod with the weldment, then lightly scratch the welding rod on the surface of the weldment like a match to ignite the arc, then quickly lift the welding rod 2-4mm and allow it to burn stably.

Inert gas welding: There are 6 basic welding methods of inert gas shielded welding: tack welding, continuous welding, plug welding, spot welding, lap spot welding and continuous spot welding. When performing welding operations, select the welding method according to the different parts and parts to be welded.
